| 摘 要： | 认为南昌市种植业结构调整发展方向应以市场为导向，继续抓好粮食生产，采取调整早稻面积，进行改种改制，调整早稻品种结构，进行收购办法改革。应采取４项配套措施：（１）增加市场观念，加快市场体系建设；（２）大力推广农业先进实用技术；（３）健全 完善社会化服务体系；（４）加强宏观调控，推出配套政策。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of the author the guide of the structure adjustment of Nanchang City's planting industry is market. Under this guide grain production should be promoted continuously, the planting area of early rice should be adjusted, and the purchase methods be reformed. Four pertinent measures should be noted: firstly, enhancing the concption of market, speeding up the building of market system; secondly, extending advanced and practical agricultural techniques; thirdly improving social service system; fourthly reinforcing macro adjustment and formulating relevant polcies. |
