摘    要:以"坝薯10号"为材料,采用二因素随机区组试验设计,通过田间试验,研究了氮肥水平及追肥比例对马铃薯生育进程及干物质积累的影响,为冬马铃薯的高产栽培提供科学的施氮依据。结果表明:氮肥用量对马铃薯生育进程影响较大,而追肥比例影响较小,随着氮肥用量的增加,马铃薯生育进程有延迟的趋势。施氮量对马铃薯干物质积累的影响显著,而追肥比例的影响因器官不同和生育时期不同而有差异,对膨大期的根、茎和块茎干物质积累影响显著。不同施氮处理还影响了马铃薯干物质在各器官中的分配比率。综合来看,对冬马铃薯的氮肥运筹应该在满足前期根、茎、叶生长适量需氮的基础上,增加追肥比例有利于总干物质的积累,并能协调干物质在各时期、各器官的有效分配,推荐的适宜施氮量为150 kg/hm2,底肥和追肥各占50%。

Effect of Nitrogen Level and Top Dressing Proportion on Growing Stages and Dry Matter Accumulation in Winter Potato
Abstract:The effects of nitrogen level and top dressing proportion on growing stages and dry matter accumulation had been studied in the cultivar of "Bashu10"with randomized block design of two factors in order to improve the yield of winter potato.The results showed as follows: the nitrogen level affected the growth stages significantly,while the ratio of top dressing had little effect;with the increase of nitrogen level,the growing stages of winter potato showed a delayed trend.The effect of nitrogen level on dry matter accumulation was significant,but the effect of top dressing proportion varied for different organs and at different growth stages.For root,stem and tuber,the dry matter accumulation was significantly affected by top dressing proportion at the period of tuber bulking.Besides,different nitrogen treatments also affected dry matter distribution ratio in various organs.To sum up,for winter potato,the nitrogenous fertilizer application should first meet the need of the root,stem and leaf in the early growth period,then increasing the top dressing proportion of nitrogen is conducive to the accumulation of total dry matter and coordinate the distribution of dry matter to various organs efficiently in different growing stages,so the recommended amount of nitrogen application is 150 g/hm2,the base fertilizer and the top dressing accounting for 50% respectively.
