| 摘 要： | 长春市建设生态市是经济、社会、生态发展的必然选择。建设生态市 树立绿色形象，采取精品战略与品牌战略。实施水资源保护、绿色食品、庭院生态、清洁生产、环保产业、生态交通等六大工程。通过产业结构战略调整、国民经济和社会发展计划、区域合作与国际合作，推进生态市建设。实施生态行为诱导机制、科技进行、科学管理等政策措施来实现生态市奋斗目标。

| Abstract: | It is the requirements of economic, social and ecological developments to develop Changchun into an ecological city. To realize this, “Green Appearance” must be set up; strategies of famous brand and high quality must be adopted; projects such as the protection of water resources, “green food”, “courtyard ecology”, clean production, protection of environment and ecological transport, must be developed. The development of ecological city can be promoted through the strategic adjustment of the structures of industry, the plan for national economy and social development, regional and international cooperation. The goal can be gained by taking such measures as encouraging ecological conduct, advancing science and technology, and setting uP the system of scientific management. |
