摘    要:用50个随机引物对苹果梨及其11个变异单系进行RAPD分析.研究结果表明:50个随机引物中,有19个引物的扩增产物DNA片段表现出明显的多态性,其中每个引物对不同苹果梨变异单系扩增出现的DNA片段数目,少则2条,多达14条,平均为7条,DNA片段的长度为390bp~2000bp,并且不同的引物扩增出的DNA片段谱带不同,差异较大.

Abstract:Fifty random primers were used for the RAPD analysis of apple-pear and its eleven variation strains. The results showed that nineteen out of the fifty random primers appeared obviously polymorphic. Amplified DNA fragments derived from each primer amplying in various strains were found to range from two to fourteen with an average of seven. The size of the amplified DNA fragments ranged from 390 to 2000 base pairs. Of each tested primer, a wide variation in banding profiles was among the seven strains of apple-pear and its divergence was great.
