河西冷凉灌区甘蓝型春油菜制种技术研究

摘    要:通过不同海拔、不同播期、不同父母本行比对甘蓝型春油菜制种产量的影响研究其制种技术,结果表明,在甘蓝型春油菜制种时,同一父母本行比,海拔高的地区产量高;同一海拔,父母本行比与产量呈正相关。得出在河西冷凉灌区进行甘蓝型春油菜制种时,应选择早播、高海拔、父母本大行比与及时割除父本行的制种模式,以求获得理想的制种产量。

Study on the Hybrid Seed Production Techniques of Spring Brassica Napus in Cool Irrigation Region of Hexi Area

Abstract:The effect of different altitudes,different sowing dates and different male parent and female parent line-rate on spring Brassica Napus hybrid seed yield was studied.The results indicated that hybrid seed production of spring Brassica Napus should be selected in high-altitude areas.In the same line-rate condition,higher yield could be obtained in high elevational regions.In the same altitude condition,line-rate was correlated positively with seed yield.In order to get ideal hybrid seed yield,a new seed productive pattern which was conditions of early sowing,high-altitude,multi-line and cutting off male parent timely was effective when hybrid seed production of spring Brassica Napus was carried in the cool irrigation.
