达乌里胡枝子总黄酮提取工艺及其抗油脂氧化作用的研究

摘    要:对达乌里胡枝子黄酮提取工艺及其抗油脂氧化作用进行了研究。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交L16(45)试验确定了达乌里胡枝子黄酮提取的最佳工艺,其最佳参数为:乙醇浓度为50%、温度为70℃、料液比为1:20、时间为1.5h。采用碘-硫代硫酸钠滴定法考察胡枝子总黄酮抑制猪油、菜油、亚油酸的氧化酸败作用,结果表明:达乌里胡枝子黄酮对猪油、菜油、亚油酸有极强的抗氧化作用,能够极显著地抑制猪油、菜油过氧化值(POV)升高,极显著地抑制亚油酸的氧化,这种效果随着质量浓度的升高而增强。

Abstract:The extraction of flavone from Lespedeza daurica and its oil antioxidation were studied.Base on single factor experiment, the optimum extracting technology of flavone from L.daurica was determined by using L_(16)(4~5) orthogonal test.The optimal parameters were as follows:the alcohol concentration of 50%, extracting at 70 ℃ for 1.5 h, material-liquid ratio of 1∶ 20.I2-Na2S2O3 titration method was used to deter mine the inhibition of total flavonoids from L.daurica on the oxidative rancidity of lard, rapeseed oil and linoleic acid.The results showed that flavonoids from L.daurica had very strong antioxidation on lard, rapeseed oil and linoleic acid.Flavonoids from L.daurica could inhibit the increase of POV value of lard and rapeseed oil extremely significantly, and inhibit the oxidation of linoleic acid extremely significantly.And the effect strengthened with the increase of the mass concentration.
