摘    要:以越橘为试材,在0~-1℃条件下,对不同保鲜包装的越橘果实贮藏生理和效果的影响进行试验。结果表明,采用0.05mmPVC单层保鲜袋配合适量的CT2保鲜剂可有效地抑制越橘果实呼吸强度,延缓果实衰老,保持果实品质。

Abstract:Effect of different packing bags on the quality of blueberry during cold storage at 0--1℃ was studied. The results showed that the treatment of monolayer 0.05 mmPVC with preservative CT2 could inhibit respiration, postpone ripeness and maintain the fruit quality.
