苦瓜在中国的引种和推广研究

摘    要:苦瓜原产自亚洲热带地区,我国对"苦瓜"一词的最早记载可追溯至宋朝,元朝方志《析津志》中对"苦瓜"一词也有记载。苦瓜传入我国后,传播分布范围较为广泛,岭南地区尤多。较之全国其他地区而言,岭南地区方志中记载苦瓜次数最多,其推广成效也最为明显。本文基于对农书、方志物产等历史文献的搜集与整理,全面分析了苦瓜传入我国的时间问题,并对其传入路径作出预测;之后再结合推广时的自然环境条件与经济社会背景,分析其推广成效;最后,结合上述内容分析苦瓜的传入对中国社会和文化的影响。

Abstract:Bitter melon is originated from tropical Asia.The earliest record of the word"Bitter melon"in China can be traced back to song dynasty,and there is also a record of the word"Bitter melon"in Xijinzhi,a local journal of the Yuan dynasty.After it was introduced into China,bitter melon spread widely,especially in Lingnan area,which is recorded mainly in local records.This paper comprehensively analyzes the time when bitter melon was introduced into China and predicts its introduction path based on the collection and arrangement of historical documents such as agricultural books and local chronicles,and then analyzes the promotion effect in different areas in China.Finally it is concluded that the influence of bitter melon introduction on Chinese society and culture.
