高精度番茄分级机设计与试验

摘    要:由于传统番茄分级机具的作业模式为湿式清选,极易在后期贮藏环节出现各类问题,而且分级作业时容易对番茄表面造成破损,因此设计了高精度番茄分级机。针对其分级清选作业环节进行分析,对分级机的运行原理与整体构造作出介绍,确定了影响番茄分级作业的各类因素,如辊棒转速、投料速度、辊棒数量等。将评价指标划定为番茄破损率以及番茄清洁率,应用回归分析法得出评价指标对应的回归模型,根据模型拟合、回归系数、单因素以及交互反应等方面分析试验得出以下结果:首先,各类影响因素与评价指标的关系:投料速度对番茄破损率以及番茄清洁率呈现负作用,分级机清选辊数量与清选辊转速对番茄破损率以及番茄清洁率呈现正作用。其次,评价指标中各类因素的影响顺序:影响番茄清洁率的因素顺序依次为投料速度、辊棒转速以及辊棒数量,影响番茄破损率的因素顺序依次为辊棒转速、投料速度以及辊棒数量。最后针对各类影响数值作出优化试验,当分级机辊棒转速为75r/min,投料速度为27t/h,清选辊棒为6根时,高精度番茄分级机作业时的番茄清洁率为98.794%,番茄破损率为3.632%,满足作业要求。

Abstract:With the rapid development of national economy,modern technology has gradually integrated into various industries.As the main industry to promote the overall development of our country,agriculture itself should constantly make optimization and innovation,while meeting the needs of social development,bring more convenience to the work and life of the people.This paper designs and tests a high precision tomato classifier.Because the traditional operation mode of tomato classifier is wet cleaning,it is easy to have various problems in the later storage stage,and it is easy to cause damage to the surface of tomato when classifying,so a high precision tomato classifier is designed.The operation principle and overall structure of the classifier were introduced.Various factors affecting tomato grading operation were determined,such as roll speed,feeding speed and number of rollers.The evaluation index was classified as tomato breakage rate and tomato cleanliness rate.The regression model corresponding to the evaluation index was obtained by regression analysis.According to model fitting,regression coefficient,single factor and interaction,the following results were obtained:First,the relationship between various factors and evaluation index:feeding speed had negative effect on Tomato breakage rate and tomato cleanliness rate.The number of cleaning rollers and the rotational speed of cleaning rollers have positive effects on Tomato breakage rate and tomato cleaning rate.Secondly,the influence order of various factors in the evaluation index:the order of factors affecting tomato cleanliness is feeding speed,roller speed and number of rollers,and the order of factors affecting tomato breakage rate is roller speed,feeding speed and number of rollers.At last,the optimum experiment was made for all kinds of influence values.When the rotational speed of classifier roll was 75r/min,the feeding speed was 27t/h and the cleaning roll was 6,the tomato cleaning rate was 98.794%and the tomato breakage rate was 3.632%in the operation of high precision tomato classifier,which met the operation requirements.
