棉秸秆基质化利用设备的研制及试验

摘    要:针对新疆地区棉秸秆产量大,基质开发利用低的问题,研发出一种高效的棉秸秆基质化利用设备———棉秸秆基质发酵机。通过对上料机、搅拌装置、加热腔、出料以及电控部分的设计实现智能化自动控制发酵作业。该机工作时提升上料箱,使物料落入搅拌仓中,利用热风对搅拌仓进行加热达到高温杀菌的目的,投放组合发酵菌剂采用搅拢式搅拌装置对物料充分混合,缩短发酵时间,加入功能菌剂进行低温后熟发酵。机具批次处理量1038kg,日处理量达到2076kg,批次处理时间7h,批次肥料能耗0.16kWh/kg,满足设计考核指标要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large yield of cotton straw and low utilization of substrate in xinjiang region,this paper developed an efficient fermentation machine for cotton straw substrate.Through the design of feeding machine,mixing device,heating chamber,discharging and electric control,intelligent automatic control fermentation operation is realized.This machine lifts the feeding box so that the material falls into the mixing bin.The mixing bin is heated by heat pump to achieve the purpose of high temperature sterilization.The combined fermentation agent is put into the mixing device to fully mix the material and shorten the fermentation time.The test results show that the batch processing capacity of the machine is 1038kg,the daily processing capacity is 2076kg,the batch processing time is 7h,and the batch fertilizer energy consumption is 0.16kWh/kg,which meets the requirements of the design assessment index.
