| 摘 要： | 以2年生多枝柽柳为试材，研究了不同水平的生根粉、无机肥和有机肥对不同月份、不同土层深度多枝柽柳根系活力的影响。结果表明：（1）多枝柽柳根系活力从4月份到8月份呈单峰曲线，7月份达到最高；多枝柽柳的根系活力在20～60cm土层中随着土层深度增加根系活力逐渐下降，土层深度越深，根系活力越小。（2）3mg/mL生根粉、无机肥（尿素300kg／hm^2＋过磷酸钙400kg／hm^2＋氯化钾200ks／hm^2）和有机肥15000kg／hm^2对于提高20～40cm土层处的根系活力最好。（3）4．5mg／mL生根粉、无机肥（尿素300kg／hm^2＋过磷酸钙400kg／hm^2＋氯化钾200kg／hm^2）和有机肥15000kg／hm^2对于提高40～60cm土层多处的根系活力最好。 |

| Abstract: | Two - year - old Tamarix ramosissima were used as test materials to study the effect of the different levels of rooting powder, inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer on root activity of Tamarix ramosissima which was on different months and in different soil depth. The results showed that： （1） the root activity of Tamarix ramosissima from April to August, showed a single peak curve, the highest in July; for 20 - 60cm soil depth, the root activity of Tamarix ramosissima decreased with the depth of the soil to increase; The deeper soil depth, the smaller root activity. （2） 3 mg/mL rooting powder, inorganic fertilizer （ urea 300 kg/hm^2 ＋ calcium super phosphate 400 kg/hm^2 ＋ potassium chloride 200 kg/hm^2） and organic fertilizer （pig manure） 15000 kg/hm^2 for improving the root activity of Tamarix ramosissima are the best for 20 - 40cm oil depth. （3） 4. 5 mg/mL rooting powder, inorganic fertilizer （urea 300 kg/ hm^2 ＋ calcium ＋ super phosphate 400 kg/hm^2 ＋ potassium chloride 200 kg/hm^2 ） and organie fertilizer （pig manure） 15000 kg/hm^2 for improving the root activity of Tamarix ramosissima were the best for 40 - 60cm soil depth. |
