摘    要:籽粒含杂率、清选损失率和清选效率是衡量联合收割机清选性能的主要指标。为此,通过对油菜脱出物特性、油菜联合收割机清选装置结构、清选机理等方面的研究,对清选装置进行参数优化,以实现油菜联合收割机籽粒含杂率和清选损失率最低、清选效率最高的目的。同时,介绍了国内外的研究动态,并对其进行了技术分析和发展前景展望。

Abstract:The successful design of rape combined harvester depends mainly on the development of its cleaning mechanism. In this paper ,a technique analysis is given on the research of cleaning mechanism of rape combined harvester, which is based on four parts:1) mechanophysical properties of rape extractives;2) structure of cleaning mechanism ;3) operating principle of cleaning mechanism;4)parametrical optimization of vibration sieve .With above research, some trends are been revealed:1)stationary linear theory of random vibrations and nonlinear theory of random vibrations will be applied on the operating principle of cleaning mechanism; 2)non-metal material may be used on the vibration sieve;3)the synergetic effect of vibration field and air field will be emphasized.
