| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同冠状动脉急性闭塞行直接介入治疗时术中并发症的特点及发生率.方法63例急性心肌梗死的患者行急诊冠脉介入治疗（PCI）,记录不同梗塞相关动脉术中发生并发症的情况.结果急性右冠脉闭塞行直接PCI治疗术中较左冠状动脉更易发生低血压、缓慢性心率、心源性休克及心力衰竭.结论急性右冠脉闭塞行直接PCI治疗术中并发症更常见,应当采取积极的预防与处理措施,以提高手术成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristic and incidence of complications in PCI with different coronary artery occlusion. Method Complications occurrence in PCI were recorded with different occluded artery in 63 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Results Hypotension,bradycardia,cardiogenic shock and heart failure are more common in right coronary artery occlusion during PCI operation. Conclusion The complications are more common in acute right coronary artery occlusion during PCI operation,prevention and treatment measurement should be carried out actively in order to improve successful rate of operation. |
