| 摘 要： | 烟叶生产组织形式和经营模式的变革和创新,能有效解决烟叶生产过度分散的问题,降低生产过程中管理技术指导难度,提高技术到位率,使烟叶质量状态差异性减小.紧密型公司加农户烟叶生产经营模式可以形成种管加、产供销、农工商、内外贸、农科教一体化的生产经营体系,建立一种新的利益分配调节机制,与烟农形成风险共担、利益均沾的经济利益共同体.

| Abstract: | The reform and innovation of the production organizational form and business model of tobacco can effectively solve the decentralization of tobacco production,reduce the difficulty of technical guidance and management in production process, and increase the rate of technology. As a result,the variation of the tobacco quality can be decreased.Company plus farmers close-type operation mode formed an integrative system of planting-management-processing,production-supplymarketing,domestic-foreign trade,agricultural science-technology-education,with the establishment of a new mechanism for regulating the distribution of benefits.Thus,a community of sharing of economic interests and risks had been set up with companies and farms. |
