等离子喷涂设备噪声测试及其防护问题的研究

摘    要:等离子喷涂技术是零件表面强化与防护的新工艺,在许多产品的设计上得到了广泛的应用。但是,在等离子喷涂过程中的噪声对环境的污染是一个值得注意的问题。本文通过在喷涂实验室中对喷涂设备及喷涂过程的噪声进行测量,发现单原子工作气体产生的噪声与双原子工作气体产生的噪声相差很大;然而改变工作电流和工作气流量对喷涂的噪声强度影响不大;喷涂噪声的频带较宽,高频噪声比较强热。因此,在降低噪声的处理上,应以隔声为主,吸声为辅的原则进行设计。实践证明,只要隔声和吸声的材料及结构设计选择合理,就可以达到连续正常工作的允许噪声标准。

Abstract:The plasma spraying techniques, which have been widely used in many products design, is a new kind of technology for hardening and protecting parts surface. But the environment pollution caused by the noise from the process of plasma spraying is a much concerned matter. The following results were obtained by measuring the spraying equipment and noise from the process of spraying. The noise produced by monomic work gas was quite different from the noise produced by diatomic work gas, the noise intensity were less affected by the changes of the work electric current and work air stream quantity. The frequency band of the plasma spraying noise is wider and high frequency noise is warmer. Based on the above results, the sound insulation should be considered as a principle aspects and the sound absorption as an auxiliary aspect in the design of noise control. The practical facts shows that if the suitable materials for sound insulation and sound absorption were chosen, it is possible to meet the requirement of noise standard under the condition of continuously normal work.
