摘    要:对用砖土窑、机械窑不同制法生成的竹炭、不同形状的竹炭(粉末、颗粒、片状)、不同竹炭用量对甲醛的吸附性能进行比较研究.结果表明:机械炉制成的竹炭吸附性能较砖土窑的好;粉末竹炭吸附性能最好,颗粒次之,片状的最差;竹炭用量大对甲醛的吸附量也大,但并非呈线性关系,随着用量的增加其对甲醛的吸附率增加逐渐趋缓.

Abstract:Experiments were conducted on formaldehyde adsorption property of bamboo charcoal with different preparation methods(brick kiln and mechanical stove),different sizes(powder,grain and tablet) and different dosages.The results showed that the bamboo charcoal made in mechanical stove had better adsorption property than that in brick kiln.The order of the adsorption property of bamboo charcoal with different sizes from high to low was powder,grain and tablet.The adsorption of formaldehyde capacity increased with the dosage of charcoal,but was not the linear relationship.
