| 摘 要： | 农业机械化作为农村先进生产力的代表，是发展现代农业的重要物质基础。一些发达国家的实践充分证明，农业机械化是发展现代农业不可逾越的阶段，也是我国实现农业现代化的根本出路。加快农机化发展，对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观，扎实推进社会主义新农村建设，着力构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Agricultural mechanization as rural advanced productivity，is an important material basis for the development of modern agriculture.Practice in some developed countries proved that the mechanization of farming is impassable stage for development of modern agriculture and fundamental way to realize agricultural modernization in our country.Speeding up development of agricultural mechanization has an important significance on thoroughly implementing the scientific outlook on development，promoting the building of a new socialist countryside，and building a socialist harmonious society. |
