生长猪饲粮中添加微生物植酸酶或麦麸对生产性能和植酸磷利用率的影响

摘    要:本试验选用48头(长白×梅山)×(汉普夏×梅山)断奶仔猪(11.0±0.24kg),研究不同来源植酸酶对植酸磷利用的影响。设4个试验处理,每试验处理设4个重复,每重复以圈为单位喂3头猪。在玉米—豆饼基础饲粮中(0.34%总磷),分别添加微生物来源的(Aspergillusniger)植酸酶1200PU/g、麦麸10%、及无机磷0.3%,组成4种不同的试验饲粮。不同试验饲粮之间,除磷和植酸酶以外,其余营养指标均相似。饲养试验期间,猪自由采食及饮水。试验在猪平均体重50kg时结束,然后进行了为期10天的磷、钙和蛋白质的平衡试验。结果表明,加入微生物植酸酶(MP)或麦麸(WB)使猪的增重和采食量均达到了与添加无机磷类似的水平(P>0.05),明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。MP和WB使粪中P排出量比对照组分别减少41%(P<0.05)和10%(P>0.05),比无机磷级减少55%(P<0.01)和31%(P<0.1)),它们还使饲粮中P表观消化率比对照组分别提高了14(P<0.05)和7(P>0.05)个百分单位。WB还明显改善了蛋白质的表现消化率(P<0.05)。试验结果说明在生长阶段,微生物植酸酶或麦数可以代替添加的无机磷的作用。麦麸的有益作用是由于其中含有较高的植酸酶活性。

Abstract:48 weanling piglets (11. 0±0. 24kg) were used to study the effects of plytases from different sources on phytate phosphorus (P) utilization in growing diets. 1200 (pu/g) microbial Phytase (MP) from Aspergillus niger, 0. 3% inorganic P (IP), and 10% wheat bran (WB) were added into the cornsoybeanmeal basal diet (0. 34% total P), respectively, resulting 4 test diets. Each diet was provided to 12 pigs (3 pigs/replicate) ad libitum. A P, calcium, and protein balance trial was conducted at 50 kg BW of the pigs. The gain and feed intake of the pigs resulted from supplementary MP or WB were similar to those from IP (P>0. 05), but significantly higher than the control (<0. 05). The fecal P excretion was reduced 41% (P<0. 05) and 10% (P>0.05), but the apparent digestibility of the dietary P was increased for 14 (P<0. 05) and 7 (P>0.05) percentage unit by MP and WB,respectively. WB inclusion also significantiy enhanced the apparent digestibility of the dietary protein (P<0. 05), The results showed that MP and WB could substitute for the effects of inorganic P in growing deits. The high phytase activity in WB produced the beneficial results to pigs.
