履带拖拉机前梁焊合件仿真分析

摘    要:针对东方红-C1402履带拖拉机水温过高问题,在相应位置设计通风孔,改进前梁焊合件结构,使冷却空气及时排出。利用Pro/E三维仿真技术平台,对前梁合件在整机工作过程中的受力变化情况进行分析,找出工况最差时受力点的大小及方向。利用该力对改进后的前梁焊合件进行结构分析,得出仿真技术在履带拖拉机中应用的优势。
