| Abstract: | Chestnut in the south of China is normally believed to be as vegetable, because it is easy to separate and gelatinize. Several years breeding by selection and experimental processing, Yongjing No.3, a variety of Castanea mollissima, its chestnut can be processed to tinned food of B-E standard. |
