食物对暗黑鳃金龟卵巢发育和生殖力的影响

摘    要:通过对取食不同寄主植物的暗黑鳃金龟生殖力和卵巢发育的观察发现,食物对暗黑鳃金龟产卵量影响显著,取食榆树叶的暗黑鳃金龟产卵量最高,平均单雌产卵量为39.30粒;取食桃树叶的暗黑鳃金龟产卵量最低,平均单雌为4.72粒;两者相差8倍。食物对暗黑鳃金龟的卵巢发育也存在明显影响,取食榆树叶的暗黑鳃金龟卵巢最长,平均为9.34mm;取食桃树叶的暗黑鳃金龟卵巢最短,平均为6.12mm,与取食榆树叶的卵巢长度差异显著。产卵量(Y)与其产卵前期(X1)和卵巢长度(X2)存在极显著的线性相关,并通过回归分析建立了群体产卵量的计算公式:Y=-713.82-9.23 X1+160.53 X2(P0.01)(R2=0.79)。

Abstract:Phytophagous insects can get nutrients from their digestion and assimilation of foods after feeding, which provides a guarantee for their normal growth and development. There are great difference in the quality and counts of nutrients. In this study, Chenopodium glaucum, Glycine max, Helianthus annuus, Zea mays and Solanum tuberosum were used as the test host plants to feed the Loxostege sticticatis larvae. The results indicated that the relative consumption, relative growth rate and food utilization rate of L. sticticatis larvae feeding different plants were significantly different (P<0.05) and the activities of their intestinal digestive enzymes were entirely different. Feeding with the favorite plant Chenopodium glaucum, three nutritional indexes were obviously better than those of the others, and the activity of midgut digestive enzyme was the highest. Though relative consumption, relative growth rate and food utilization rate of the unfavorable host plants Zea mays and Solanum tuberosum were lower than the others, but the enzymatic activity was increasing along with increasing feeding time. This phenomenon may be the adaption of insects to unfavorable host plants.
