| Abstract: | The effective supply of public goods in rural areas is an important condition and guarantee for ensuring stable development in rural areas,and also the necessary content for building a new socialist countryside.To that effect,efforts should be given to increase financial transfer payments to rural areas,reduce regional differences and facilitate the formation of bottom-up supply decision-making mechanism. |
