摘    要:研究了不同钙盐在盐胁迫下对枸杞愈伤组织的生长及其生理生化指标的影响,结果表明:盐胁迫下外加钙盐处理愈伤组织的生长量相对NaCl处理有所增加,抗氧化酶SOD酶活性、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白的含量不同程度上都有所增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量相对降低,其中在盐胁迫下外加CaCl2的减缓盐伤害效果最好,说明不同钙盐能有效缓解盐胁迫对枸杞愈伤组织伤害.

Abstract:Effects of different calcium on the growth and the physiology bio-chemistry indexes of Lycium barbarum L callus were studied under salt stress.The results showed that under salt stress,exogenous calcium salt could obviously promote growth amount.Anti-oxidative enzyme superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble protein and proline contents also increased to different level,but Malodialdehyde(MDA) content reduced.During experiment,we find that CaCl_2 was the best in alleviating injury of salt stress.It indicated that different calcium salt could alleviate salt injury of Lycium barbarum L callus.
