| 摘 要： | 为了解匍匐型和直立型仙草中仙草胶的含量差异情况,采用高压高温提取的方法提取其胶体物质--仙草胶,测定其特性粘度、质构性、含量并进行比较.结果表明,匍匐型仙草和直立型仙草中的胶质含量差异显著,匍匐型仙草胶质含量明显高于直立型仙草,前者凝胶性能也好于后者,说明匍匐型仙草更具有开发价值,同时为质量标准制定以及仙草选育种、仙草胶产品开发提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | In order to find out the difference of the herbs'colloid contents between erect type and spreading type of Mesona Blume,the colloid substances were extracted from the two types of grass with high pressure and high temperature.The results showed that the quantities of the colloidal substance of spreading type Mesona Blume is obviously higher than the another. |
