| Abstract: | Ac/Ds transposon tagging method was a means for identifying and isolating gene fast.The construction form of Ac/Ds transposon as inserted sequence tag,its insertion characters in plant genome and the factors influencing the leap of Ds transposon were briefly introduced,and its development prospect in plant functional genome was analyzed. |
