| 摘 要： | 催青期水处理蚕卵孵化率下降的程度与水处理的时期先后、时间长短和温度高低密切相关。水处理降低蚕卵孵化率是由于水的溶解氧不能满足蚕卵的呼吸需要 ,而在水中添加H2 O2 后 ,H2 O2 不仅可自发分解产生O2 ,且可以被蚕卵中的过氧化氢酶催化分解产生O2 ,从而使水中的O2 含量增加 ,显著提高水处理蚕卵的孵化率

| Abstract: | The hatching rate of silkworm eggs reduced in the treatment of water during incubation.The decline of the hatching rate was closely related to the stage,time and temperature of water treatment.Hydrogen peroxide added to water could effectively enhanced the hatching rate. It is because the soluble oxygen in water could not meet the needs of inspiration of silkworm eggs that the hatchability is reduced by water treatment,and the hydrogen peroxide could produce O 2 not only spontaneously but also catalyzed by hydrogen peroxidase in silkworm eggs which can increase the O 2 content in water,and as the result,raise the hatching rate of silkworm eggs treated with water. |
