摘    要:用PEG-6000模拟土壤干旱胁迫,对2年生大叶冬青叶片生理生化等指标进行研究.结果表明,随着胁迫程度的加强和时间的延长,叶片中叶绿素含量变化并不呈现单一的上升和下降;叶片中丙二醛的含量增幅较缓;保护酶的活性明显增强,SOD活性表现为先升后降;POD活性的变化呈现先升后降再升再降;CAT活性呈现先升后降再升的趋势.这3种保护酶协同作用,有效清除自由基,减轻干旱胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,增加了大叶冬青的抗旱性,试验说明了大叶冬青有较强的抗旱能力.

Abstract:Simulating soil water stress with PEG-6000,this paper studied the drought resistance indices of broadleaf holly,such as physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results showed: as drought stress intensified and time prolonged,the change of chlorophyll content in the leaves did not show a single tendency;MDA content increaseed slowly;the activity of protective enzyme increased significantly;the activity of SOD first increased and then decreased;the activity of POD showed a repeated rising and fallin...
