| 摘 要： | 枣树嫩茎切段接种于Ｍｓ培养基上，附加６—ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，可以促进顶芽与腋芽的生长和分化。继代培养中，附加６—ＢＡ４ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ，其芽增殖率大大增加。将２ｃｍ高以上小苗转接于含ＩＢＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ的Ｍｓ培养基中，生根率达９２％。生根苗移入装营养土的营养钵中过渡大田，平均成活率为９４．５％。

| Abstract: | Tender shoot section of Date were vaccinated in Ms medium which attached 6 -BA Zmg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L,that can promote growth and differentiation of the terminal and axillary buds.6-BA 4mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L addition to the medium,bud proliferation rate was increased greatly.2cm over young plants were vaccinated in.the medium which contained IBA 1mg/L,taken root rate was 92%.Taken root plants were transplanted in the nutritive bowls,survival rate was 94.5%. |
