| Abstract: | The authors consider that. forestry management model as singleeffective forestry that singly utilizes the timber effectiveness of forestry.It will eventually lead to non-forestation. The article estimates it necessary to establish the forest industry of highly comprehensive and intensive knowledge type, i.e. the systematic forestry. It advocates to comprehensively utilize the multiple effectiveness of forestry, and to initiate a new forestry system of mutual cooperation, mutual support, mutual promotion,and coordinative de velopment. The essential view point of systematic forestry is that, forestry is not only a productive department for timber cultivation, protection and utilization, but also an industry for managing the ecology economic system of forest. The major contradiction for forestry to solve is the contradiction between the demands of a fast developing economic society from a forestry ecological system, and the capability of the system to satisfy such demend under people's management. The industrial structure of systematic forestry consists of 4 major industries, which include more than 60 subindustries. The article introduces in detail their functions and benefits. as well as their construction procedures and implementing measures. |
