瓜类植物花粉形态扫描电镜观察

摘    要:通过扫描电子显微镜,研究了西瓜、甜瓜、黄瓜、西葫芦、丝瓜、冬瓜、栝楼和小葫芦等葫芦科7属9种13个类型植物的花粉,并对其大小、形状、萌发孔式样及外壁纹饰进行了分析比较,旨在为研究瓜类植物的亲缘关系,促进杂交育种提供依据。

Abstract:Pollen morphology observation of 13 cucurbits,belonging to seven genus and nine species,of watermelon,muskmelon,cucumber,custard squash,vegetable sponge,white gourd and so on were made with scanning electron microscope.In addition,on the pupose to study relationship between those cucurbit crops and to supply theory basis for their crossbreeding,analysis and comparation were also conducted in size,shape form of germinal aperture and even grain in melon skin.
