摘 要: | 试验旨在探讨绞股蓝内生真菌JY25胞外多糖(JY25P)对蛋雏鸡生长性能和肠黏膜免疫功能的影响。将300羽健康的1日龄三黄蛋雏鸡,随机分为5组(每组设3个重复,每个重复20羽):Ⅰ组为灌服无菌水的空白对照组;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组分别为灌服0.04%、0.08%和0.12%JY25P的试验组;Ⅴ组为灌服0.08%黄芪多糖的阳性对照组。结果表明:1)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅳ组蛋雏鸡平均日增重显著提高了15.86%(P0.05),料重比极显著降低了24.13%(P0.01)。2)与Ⅰ组相比,试验各阶段,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组均能显著提高蛋雏鸡血清中新城疫抗体效价(P0.05)。3)与Ⅰ组相比,在15日龄和20日龄,Ⅳ组可以极显著增加肠黏膜白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量(P0.01),而对分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIg A)和IFN-γ/IL-4的影响不显著(P0.05)。结果提示:灌服0.12%JY25P能改善蛋雏鸡的生长性能,提高特异性新城疫抗体效价,增强非特异性肠黏膜IL-4和IFN-γ的分泌,同时维持机体的免疫平衡,因此,该多糖具有较好的应用前景。

Effects of Extracellular Polysaccharide Extracted from Gynostemma pentaphyllum Endophytic Fungi JY25 on Growth Performance and Intestinal Mucosa Immune Function of Laying Chicks |

Abstract: | The experiment was to investigate the effects of extracellular polysaccharide extracted from Gynos-temma pentaphyllum endophytic fungi JY25 ( JY25P for short) on the growth performance and immunologic function in the intestinal mucosa of laying chicks. Three hundred healthy one-day-old Sanhuang laying chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 20 chicks per replicate. Chicks in the blank control group ( group Ⅰ) were drenched with sterile water, and in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were drenched with 0.04%, 0.08% and 0.12% JY25P respectively, while in groupⅤ ( positive control) were drenched with 0.08% Astragalus polysaccharide. The results showed as follows: compared with group Ⅰ, 1) the average daily gain in groupⅣwas significantly improved by 15.86% ( P<0.05) and the feed/gain in groupⅣwas ex-tremely significantly reduced by 24.13% ( P<0.01);2) during all periods of the experiment, the serum New-castle disease antibody titer in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly increased ( P<0.05); 3) at 15 and 20 days of age, the contents of interleukin-4 ( IL-4) and interferon-γ ( IFN-γ) in intestinal mucosal of chicks in group Ⅳ were extremely significantly increased (P<0.01), while the secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) content or the proportion of IFN-γ to IL-4 was not changed significantly (P>0.05). The conclusion is that chicks drenched with 0.12% JY25P get excellent performances on growth and Newcastle disease antibody titer, and 0.12% JY25P can enhance the secreted contents of IL-4 and IFN-γ, which represented non-specific im-mune function in intestinal mucosal, and also maintain the body’ s immune balance. Thus it can be seen that JY25P has the potential application prospect. |
