甜糯玉米全生育期抗旱性鉴定指标的筛选与评价

摘    要:利用隶属函数法对山西南部种植的13个甜糯玉米品种(系)的22个农艺、经济、生理和品质指标综合抗旱性进行鉴定及评价分析。结果表明,与抗旱系数的直接抗旱评价相比,隶属函数法间接抗旱鉴定更能全面地评价品种(系)抗旱性。与抗旱系数相关性较大的性状有单穗粒重、穗长、行粒数、产量、百粒重,相关较小的性状有粗脂肪、株高、总淀粉,生理性状的相关性介于农艺和品质性状之间。隶属函数综合D值的大小代表品种(系)的抗旱能力,抗旱系数分别与农艺经济性状D值、品质性状D值及总D值均达极显著相关,生理性状的抗旱权重要小于农艺、经济及品质性状。按照D值大小可将参试品种(系)分为3大类,品系15TN025、15TN033和品种彩甜糯1965有较高的综合抗旱性,品系15TN034和17TN029抗旱性较弱。

Abstract:The drought resistance of 13 sweet glutinous corn varieties(lines) grown in southwestern Shanxi was identified and evaluated using the affiliation function method with 22 agronomic, economic, physiological, and quality indicators. The results showed that indirect membership function method could identify drought resistance more generally, compared with direct drought resistance evaluation by drought resistance coefficient. These traits per ear grains weight, ear length, No. of row kernels, yield and hundred grains weight showed great correlation with drought resistance coefficient. Crude fat, plant height and total starch showed a lower correlation. The correlation with physiological traits was in between. D value indicated plant strains'' drought resistance ability, which was calculated by membership function method indicated. Agricultural and economic traits D value, quality traits D value and total D value showed significant correlation to drought resistance coefficient. Physiological traits''statistical weight in drought resistance was less than agricultural, economic and quality traits. These strains were divided into three types by D value. Strains 15TN025,15TN033 and variety Caitiannuo 1965 showed higher synthetical drought resistance character, whereas strains 15TN034 and 17TN029 were lower.
