| Abstract: | Polygalacturonase, Xylanase and Cellulase in Seiridium cardinale grown on cypress cell walls and on infected cypress shoots were detected. Isoenzymes were resolved by isoelectric focusing and differences were found between “in vivo” and “in vitro” patterns. |
