| 摘 要： | 软密封闸阀是一种量大面广的通用设备,在各种工业领域均发挥着重要作用。本文围绕DN100软密封闸阀阀板的结构计算展开,分几部分重点对应用ADINA软件进行的阀板结构计算进行了详细介绍,并对其刚度和强度等参数进行了校核。其中包括应用ADINA软件的建模过程、定义边界约束条件、施加载荷、规定材料特性、生成单元组、有限元网格密度控制和划分以及求解结果的显示和校核等。计算结果表明,应用ADINA软件对阀板的结构和受力进行模拟和仿真,能达到较高的计算精度和求解效率,具有推广价值。
