Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Phenolic Acid from Ramie

Abstract:To design different extraction and separation technology of total polyphenol in Boehmeria nivea (Linn.) Gaudich. To extract fresh ramie leaves of total phenolic acids with an inert gas saturated sodium hydroxide solution as solvent. Purified by AB-8 macroporous resin and optimized extraction technology by uniform design, the best conditions of extraction and separation total phenolic acids from ramie leaves protected with Inert gas are as follows, using braising extraction device to extract 2 times, 1 minute, alkali concentration, 1.0 L^-1 mol, material: liquid , 1 : 8, pH3.5, than separating with macroporous resin AB-8 column chromatography , adding 2 g sample for every 100 ml macroporous resin, 80% alcohol solution as the eluent. Total phenolic acids crude products yield (the percentage of dry out) for 4. 225%; the content of total phenolic acids in dry out is 0. 3681%. Result is this process-using buck for extraction, so as to avoid using organic solvent for extraction, effectively reduce the cost of extraction; At the same time, avoiding oxidation of the phenolic acids composition in extraction process with inert gases protection. The method is simple and feasible.
