臭柏枝叶精油的体外抑菌活性

摘    要:目的]探讨臭柏精油在抑菌、抗菌领域应用前景。方法]采用纸片扩散法、连续稀释法和自然沉降法对臭柏精油体外抗菌活性进行了测定。结果]臭柏精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、酵母菌的抗菌圈直径分别为(16.2±2.3)、(8.4±1.3)、(26.2±5.1)、(16.7±2.1)、(18.0±2.4)mm;最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.50%、10.00%、0.25%、7.50%和0.50%。对室内空气中菌类的平均抑菌率达43.3%。臭柏精油对5种菌的抑菌活性强度为枯草芽孢杆菌〉大肠杆菌、酵母菌〉黑曲霉〉金黄色葡萄球菌。结论]臭柏精油有较强的抑菌活性,是一种很有价值和开发前景的芳香油植物资源。

In vitro Antibacterial Activity of the Essential Oil of Sabina vulgaris Branch Leaves

Abstract:Objective] The aim of this study was to provide the scientific basis for application of Sabina vulgaris essential oil in the antibacterial area.Method] Determining the antibacterial activity of the essential oil of sabina vulgaris in vitro by using disk diffusion method,serial dilution method and natural sedimentation method.Result] It was found that the diameters of inhibition zone and the lowest inhibitory concentration(MIC) were: Escherichia coli(16.2±2.3)mm,0.50%;Staphylococcus aureus(8.4±1.3)mm,7.50%;Bacillus subtilis(26.2±5.1)mm,0.25%;Aspergillus niger(16.7±2.1)mm,1.00%;Yeast(18.0±2.4)mm,0.50%.To the indoor bacteria,the average of inhibitory rate was 43.3%.The strength of antibacterial activity : Bacillus subtilis> Escherichia coli,Yeast>Aspergillus niger>Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion] Sabina vulgaris essential oil,which has quite strong antibacterial activity,enjoys a prosperous marketing prospect.
