| 摘 要： | 黑河中游调水及近期治理项目的实施对于黑河中游地区的可持续发展具有重要的意义,对其进行社会影响综合后评价也是促进整个西北地区可持续发展的客观要求。综合运用层次分析法、成功度评价法以及模糊综合评判模型对该项目的社会影响做综合后评价可以克服传统定性评价方法的主观性缺点,从而得出比较客观、科学的评价结论。通过社会影响综合后评价,发现该项目实施中所存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出切实可行的建议,为后续项目及其他同类项目的决策提供较为科学的建议。

| Abstract: | Heihe River project has an important meaning to promoting the sustainable development of the middle reaches of Heihe river. The comprehensive post-assessment of the project is necessary to the sustainable development of the whole Northwest districts. The comprehensive assessment by applying AHP.success assessment and fuzzy comprehensive assessment could overcome the subjectivity of the traditional qualitative assessment and a more objective and scientific conclusion could be got. By social impact post-assessment, its problems were found and corresponding practical suggestions were given as well. |
