| Abstract: | The effect of Colla corri asini effervescent granules on immune function was studied.The development of central immune organs and peripheral immune organs with E-jiao effervescent granules was inspected by immune organ weight method;the test of carbon clearance was applied to determine the effect of Colla corri asini effervescent granules on macrophage phagocytic function;through the test of delayed hypersensitivity,the effect of Colla corri asini effervescent granules on cellular immune function was studied.The results showed that the Colla corri asini effervescent granules could increase spleen index and thymus index of the immunosuppressive mice,which had a significant difference comparing with the blank control group;the high doses of the E-jiao effervescent granules could obviously enhance the clearance of carbon particle in mice,which had a very significant difference comparing with the blank control group;the high and middle doses of E-jiao effervescent granules could enhance the paw swelling in mice obviously,which had a significant difference comparing with the blank control group.These results indicated that Colla corri asini effervescent granules could enhance the nonspecific immunity and cellular immunity in mice. |
