| Abstract: | The special item funds of repair and purchase in central scientific institutions is the special finance funds for improving the research condition of scientific institutions,and it''s an important measure for nation''s optimal science and technology input . The management experience and effect of execution since the special items were carried out in Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was comprehensively reviewed in this paper, and put forward some suggestions to further improve the special items'' management in order to fully bring the benefits. |
