水貂株犬瘟热病毒F基因工程疫苗的免疫特性研究

摘    要:为了了解水貂株犬瘟热病毒F基因工程疫苗的免疫特性,实验将真核重组表达质粒pcDNA3.1-CDVF肌注免疫日本大耳白兔进行免疫,同时设置pcDNA3.1(+)空载体、生理盐水和犬瘟热弱毒疫苗阳性对照组.间接ELISA法检测结果显示,重组表达质粒免疫在家兔体内产生了针对CDV的特异性抗体,且抗体水平随着免疫次数和免疫剂量的增加而升高,体液免疫水平显著高于生理盐水组和空载体组,但不及弱毒疫苗对照组.淋巴细胞转化试验结果表明,重组表达质粒免疫组产生了细胞免疫,但低于弱毒疫苗组.

Abstract:In order to study immunity characteristics of F genetic engineering vaccine of CDV isolated from mink, Eukaryon recombi- nant expression plasmid pcDNA3.1-CDVF was injected intramuscularly into Japanese albino rabbit. Meanwhile, pcDNA3.1 (+), normal saline negative control and CDV vaccine positive were used as control. ELISA results showed that specificity antibody to CDV was produced in the Japanese albino rabbit of recombinant plasmid group. Moreover antibody level increased with increasing immunizing time...
