| 摘 要： | 比较德国与我国土地征收补偿制度将会发现颇多不同之处,如土地补偿补偿标准依据市场价格补偿、土地补偿范围包括间接损失、土地补偿方式可以替代地补偿,研究德国土地征收补偿制度对完善我国征地补偿制度具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Comparing compensatory system of German land expropriation to China,there were many differences,such as the principle of whole compensatory was adopted in Germany,compensatory standard was based on market price,scope of compensation includes indirect loss,and means of compensation also includes a land in another area.Study on compensatory system of German land expropriation will help to improve the system of our county. |
