超临界CO2萃取瑞香狼毒中总香豆素的工艺研究

摘    要:探讨超临界CO2萃取瑞香狼毒中总香豆素的优化工艺条件,采用响应曲面法考察萃取压力、萃取温度、乙醇用量对总香豆素收率的影响。结果表明,优化的总香豆素萃取条件为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度53℃、乙醇用量3 mL/g,此条件下总香豆素收率为0.356%。

Abstract:To investigate the optimum extraction of total coumarins from Stellera chamaejasme by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.The response surface methodology was applied in the analysis of extraction parameters such as extraction pressure,extraction temperature and ethanol dosage.The results showed optimal extraction conditions were extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction temperature 53℃,ethanol dosage 3 mL/g,under the above conditions,the yield of total coumarins was 0.356%.
