西安镇滨河绿地野生草本植物多样性分析

摘    要:为给乡村环境中人为干扰后的生态恢复提供理论依据,以西安镇主要河道或干渠滨水绿地中25个样地为调查对象,调查了各样地野生草本植物的种类、组成和盖度,运用物种丰富度指数(R)、Simpson优势度指数(C)、Shannon-Weiner多样性指数(H)作为样地物种多样性的测度指标,分析了物种的多样性差异。结果表明:西安镇滨河绿地的25个样地中共有草本植物18科25属34种。物种组成以禾本科、菊科、藜科、香蒲科和小二仙草科植物为主,植物种类以芦苇、拂子茅、狗尾草、翅碱蓬、普香蒲和穗状狐尾藻为主。从多样性相关指数来看,物种丰富度指数(R)为10~22、Simpson优势度指数(C)为0.11~0.45、Shannon-Weiner多样性指数(H)为1.7~3.3。各样地差异性较大,主要是人为干扰差异性所致,较少的人为干扰促进了个别物种成为优势种,排挤其他物种生存,降低了物种多样性;道路建设和农业基础设施建设等较强的人为干扰破坏了局部生态平衡,也在一定程度上降低了植物物种多样性。

Abstract:A survey on wild herbaceous plant in the 25 plots of the main rivers’ or trenches’ waterfront green space in Xi’an county was conducted in order to provide theory of ecological restoration after disturbance by human activities in county,including the species,compositions and cover degree of the wild herbaceous plant in every plot.The diversity of plant species in 25 plots in this area was investigated by calculating the indices of species richness,dominance and diversity.The results indicated that there were 34 species of plants belonging to 18 families and 25 genera in the 25 plots of the main rivers’ or trenches’ waterfront green space in Xi’an county.The main families were dominant in the Gramineae,Compositae,Chenopodiaceae,Typhaceae,Haloragaceae.And the compositions of the community were concentrated on Phragmites australis,Calamagrostis epigejos,Setaira viridis,Suaeda heteroptera,Typha przewalskii,Myriophyllum spicatum,et al.The differences of every plot from richness indexes change between 10~22,Simpson dominance indexes change between 0.11~0.45,Shannon-wiener indexes change between 1.7~3.3,because of disturbance by human activities,that slight disturbance not preventing some species into dominant species in suitable area,and heavy disturbance,such as road building,agricultural infrastructure constructing,and other human activities,reduced the level of community diversity.
