摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱法检测绿茶中的多种农药残留。样品经正己烷+丙酮+乙酸乙酯(1+1+1,V/V/V)提取,活性炭和Florisil层析小柱净化,气相色谱-质谱法检测,结果表明,13种农药均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.997,高、中、低3档(0.10、0.50、1.00 mg/L)加标回收率为85.1%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为5.4%~7.2%,检出限为0.002~0.015 mg/L。该方法具有检测结果准确可靠、简便快速等优点。

Abstract:A GC-MS method for determination of 13 pesticide residues in green tea was developed.The pesticides in samples was extracted with n-hexane/acetone/ ethyl acetate and cleaned up with supeclean Envi-carb and florisil columns,and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The calibration curves for 13 pesticide residues all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients not less than 0.997.The spiked recoveries at three concentrations of 0.10,0.50,1.00 mg/L were ranged from 85.1% to 105.3% with relative standard deviations of 5.4%~7.2%.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.002~0.015 mg/L.It was an effective method which fit for the pesticide residues analysis and has high accuracy,precision and sensitivity.
