鱼腥草水提取液对香蕉的保鲜效果研究

摘    要:用鱼腥草为原料制成保鲜剂,对香蕉进行浸泡保鲜试验,研究鱼腥草水提取液对香蕉的失重率、硬度、呼吸强度、可溶性固形物含量及果皮相对电导率的影响。结果表明:鱼腥草水提取液可显著降低香蕉贮藏期间的呼吸强度及果皮相对电导率,减小水分散失、可溶性固形物含量及硬度的变化。可见鱼腥草提取液对香蕉的保鲜具有一定的积极作用。

Abstract:In this paper,fresh bananas were treated with extracts of houttuynia and stored at room temperatures for 2 weeks,and then weight loss,soluble solids content,respiration rate,hardness and relative conductivity were analyzed respectively.The results showed that the treatment could reduce respiratory intensity,loss of water and relative conductivity.And it could also retard the decrease of hardness and degradation of soluble soluble solids.In a word,houttuynia extract play a positive role on slowing down the aging process of bananas.
