摘    要:研究结果表明,生姜感染根结线虫后,叶片中氮磷钾镁含量降低,而钙含量升高,从而引起叶片黄化、植株早衰和根茎瘦小。根茎中积累较多的氮磷钾,且根茎(Ca Mg)/K下降,没有表现出抗性,为根结线虫生长和发育提供了良好的营养条件,这是造成根茎疣裂的重要原因。根系中氮磷钾含量均有不同程度的降低,且在根茎迅速膨大期(Ca Mg)/K上升,获得部分抗性,因此,不利于根结线虫的发育,在生姜根系上无明显根结。

Abstract:The results indicated that south root-knot nematode infection reduced the concentration of N, P, K and Mg in leaves, while the Ca concentration was increased. Which led to the yellow leaves, plant prematurely senile and thin rhizome. However, infection increased rhizome N, P and K, which was favorable to the growth and development of south root-knot nematode. Besides, the decrease of (Ca Mg)/K indicates that there no resistance reaction in rhizome. The two reasons mentioned above made the south root-knot nematode development in rhizome and rhizome verruca split. The conditions of roots: lower concentration of N and K at some growth stage, increased of (Ca Mg)/K at rhizome vigorous growth stage, were not favorable to the development of south root-knot nematode. So there no obvious root knot in ginger roots.
