| 摘 要： | 从葛枣猕猴桃（ＡｃｔｉｎｉｄｉａＰｏｌｙｇａｍａＰｌａｎｃｈ）果实中提取超氧化物歧化酶（ＳｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｄｉｓｍｕｔａｓｅＳＯＤ）。先以硫酸铵分级沉淀取得粗酶，再经ＤＥ－５２ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素柱层析，并以２５～３００ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸缓冲液作线性梯度洗脱，再次分级沉淀，而获得纯化的ＳＯＤ。
