摘    要:研究以冠状病毒科猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)作为指示病毒,以VERO-E6细胞为宿主,通过测定病毒液与消毒剂作用前后病毒滴度的变化,建立了一种新的敏感可量化的消毒剂评估模型。评估消毒剂针对冠状病毒的最低有效浓度和最短的作用时间。结果表明,冠状病毒与消毒剂作用30 min后,过硫酸氢钾复合粉是84消毒剂消毒效果的16倍;且过硫酸氢钾复合粉可在1 min内迅速杀灭病毒,是一种对冠状病毒安全可靠的消毒剂,可在新冠肺炎疫情期间猪场消毒使用。

Abstract:A new sensitive quantifiable disinfectant evaluation model was established by measuring the change of virus titer before and after the incubation of virus and disinfectant, by using porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) of coronavirus family as indicator virus and vero-e6 cells as host. The results showed that the Compound Potassium Peroxymonosulphate Powder was 16 times more effective than the 84 disinfectant after 30 minutes of coronavirus and disinfectant treatment; and it could kill the virus within 1 minute. Compound Potassium Peroxymonosulphate Powder is a safe and reliable disinfectant on coronavirus that can be used to disinfect in farms during an outbreak of COVID-19.
