| Abstract: | The characteristics of Erythromycin,residual hazard,the major detecting methods and technology in domestic and foreign were introduced in this paper.Including high-performance liquid chromatography,thin layer chromatography,GC/MS,HPLC/MS,microbiological assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were described.Meanwhile,the prospect of the analysis of Erythromycin residue was forecasted. |
