摘    要:本文介绍了红霉素药物的特性、残留危害以及目前国内外主要的检测方法和技术,包括高效液相色谱法、薄层色谱法、气/质联用法、液,质联用法、微生物法、酶联免疫法,并对红霉素残留分析前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The characteristics of Erythromycin,residual hazard,the major detecting methods and technology in domestic and foreign were introduced in this paper.Including high-performance liquid chromatography,thin layer chromatography,GC/MS,HPLC/MS,microbiological assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were described.Meanwhile,the prospect of the analysis of Erythromycin residue was forecasted.
