| 摘 要： | 对制定日发电调度计划中的各种约束条件进行了分析和归类,将约束划分为系统固有约束和被动约束,以此为基础定义了实际购电成本中的超额支付费用,并提出了一种通过考虑不同约束条件的组合制定日发电调度计划求取超额支付费用的计算方法.超额支付费用的计算方法能确定电网日常运行中超支的购电费用,帮助电网公司监控电网的经济运行状态,提高电网公司的经济运行水平,控制和降低运行成本.通过算例证明了该计算方法的有效性.
